The video illustrates how student teachers can practice teaching in actual learning environments in our own teaching laboratories at the University Teacher Training Schools.
Supervision is academic and supportive in nature in Finland: a University Lecturer with a Ph.D. visits the lessons and the mentoring teacher is always present so that feedback can be given directly.
