This series aims to introduce young engineers to the iterative design process and what it means to be a design engineer.

This video introduces students to the key characteristics of a design engineer: frustration, wrong thinking, perseverance and being an underdog.

This resource is designed for use at KS2 but can be adapted to suit different age groups.

The James Dyson Foundation aims to ignite young people's interest in engineering.
