Perhaps you've increased the miles you're ridding or your bike or other gear isn't fit just ride and you're starting to feel it in a not soo good way.

The first suggestions are to get a good bike fit at your local bike shop and then some good quality shorts or bib shorts with a pad or chamois.

If you've done that and you're still getting raw, sore friction spots (which eventually happens to all of us) try some chamois cream. It's quick and easy to put on and can make the difference between enjoy a ride or wanting to stop riding altogether
