Hi all, it's your boy Rayman Mufasa AKA your Ray of Sunshine here travelling through the Continent, exploring alternative ways of living. Here I showcase to you my time in Ngaye Mekhe. Kos who I met on the plane invited me once again to spend time with his family for their annual celebrations.
Meckhe (or Mekkhe ), known as Ngaaÿ , is a town in northwestern Senegal , located between Thiès and Saint-Louis .
Meckhe is located in the middle of the Dakar-Saint Louis road axis and 20 km from the Atlantic Ocean. The city has a double opening on the hinterland by a road which leads to Touba via Thilmakha and another which leads to Bambey and Fatick via Baba Garage. The town is the economic capital of Cayor.
