I was railfanning west of Montréal during a grey, wet winter's day in 1996, and caught one of the commuter trains operated by SCTUM (Société de transport de la communauté urbaine de Montréal, which would shortly become AMT - Agence Métropolitaine de Transport).
Niftyness abounds here; groovy gallery-style bilevel cars, a single-level coach dating to 1953 - and all of it being pushed by a 1952 ex-CP Rail F7. In fact, all of the equipment is ex-CP Rail - if the Action Red paint showing through the faded blue isn't a dead giveaway, note the small multimark plainly visible on the last gallery car.
All of this equipment is gone today.
