Addington Village, Croydon - some mysterious stones, why are they there?

Описание: I have wondered for a long time about the origin of the stones near Addington Village on the A2022 Kent Gate Way in Croydon. What do they relate to? How long have they been there? If they don't relate to anything, why weren't they cleared away when the area was laid to lawn?!

If you know anything, please reply in the comments. I'd like to know more and possibly do a follow-up video once I've researched whatever is discovered.
