Ingredients:
Lemon - 1/2 Piece
Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
Salt - 1.5 Teaspoons
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Ginger - 1 Slice (2-3 cm)
Turmeric - 0.5 Teaspoons
Salmon - 0.8-1 Kilogram (filet)
Vegetable oil - 1.5 Tbsp. spoons
Black ground pepper - 0.5 Teaspoons

👉Step-by-step cooking 👇

Picnic time has come, it’s time to cook barbecue. We will cook it from salmon, because this fish, cooked on a fire, acquires a unique taste and aroma. Spicy, delicious and fragrant kebabs!

1. Salmon fillet cut into 3-4 cm cubes.

2. Peel the ginger root and chop it finely. Add salt and ginger to the fish.

3. Add turmeric and black pepper.

4. Peel the garlic and pass it through the garlic press. Add garlic and vegetable oil to the fish.

5. And add soy sauce with lemon juice.

6. Thoroughly mix and leave in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

7. String the pieces of fish on the skewer.

8. And fry on the grill.

9. This fish is fried quickly, so watch the fire and turn the fish on time.

10. Serve on skewers or on a dish, adding vegetables, slices of lemon.
