Radish Roti / paratha are nutritious whole wheat flat breads made with Mooli / Radish. Mooli paratha can also be packed as tiffin box snack or lunch. The taste of Mooli is not felt in the parathas. So good for kids who do not like to eat healthy veggies like Mooli. Mooli Roti / paratha can be served hot or warm with fresh curd or a raita. You can also serve with a mango pickle or lime pickle. I have used Mooli here mainly because it aids in weightloss and I have prepared without using any oil.
