Ingredients
1tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
4-5 curry leaves
2 dry red chilli
3-4 garlic cloves
1 small onion
3-4 green chillis
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup whole moong sprouts
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Curd
1tbsp gram flour (besan)
Process
• Add cooking oil in a hot pan
• Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli and curry leaves
• Add finely chopped garlic and onion. Fry till it turns golden
• Add chopped green chillies and whole moong Sprouts
• Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste
• Add water, cover the lid of pan and cook till moong gets soft
• Mix 1tbsp gram flour with curd and dilute the mix
• Add this curd mix to the cooked moong
• Cook with continuous stirring till desired consistency
• Serve hot with rice or roti
