Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is one or even the most important ancillary test used to diagnose and follow up patients with macular diseases.
In this presentation, I will discuss the most common pathological changes in OCT scans, which address pachychoroid which is a spectrum of diseases, including central serous chorioretinopathy, pachydrusen, pachychoroid complicated with occult choroidal neovascularization, pachychoroid in neovascular age-related macular degeneration and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy
In the next presentation, I will discuss the clinical applications of OCT in pathological myopia.
