I got a new topic for Runner's High episode which I'm sure every runner will find it more interesting. I'm going to do this miniseries about the legendary runners of the history.

Today, I start with Roger Bannister. Have you heard his name?

He's actually the type of person a runner would love to spend time talking with. Not only to talk about his career in running but also what he has contributed to neurology. Yes, he's a neurologist too! Just like the past guests, I had in my other series - Smart Athlete Podcast - they have another career aside from being an athlete.

By reading a book about his life, I learned a lot about him. What's more if I talk to him personally, right? With that, I thought of an assignment I would like you to try. It's not for me, it's for you, and I wanted to know how it went.
