Instant Aam Panna --    • Instant Aam panna Recipe - कच्ची कैरी का श...  

As the summer is coming, the season mango is coming too. People love to eat mango in the summer season. This aam Panna recipe is the most love recipe by the people; it is very healthy and also loves to drink. Today we will see how to make Aam Panna with jaggery.

Ingredients:

1. Raw mango (keri) - 500 gm
2. jaggery (gud) - 500 gm
3. fresh mint leaves (pudina) - 50 gm
4. black salt - 1.5 tsp
5. salt - 1 tsp
6. jeera (cumin )- 1.5 tsp
7. black pepper(kali mirch) - 1 tsp
8. saunf (fennel seeds) – 1.5 tsp
9. cardamom (elaichi) – 2

Method:

• First, peel the raw mango. And then cut into pieces.
• Then take a pan and put all the raw mangoes and put some water and on the gas.
• You have to cook for some time till the raw mangoes are soften.
• Cover the pan with a lid and cook.
• And on the other side, take a roti pan and roast all the spices that are cumin, fennel seeds and black pepper and roast it till the aroma comes out and roast it into low to medium flame.
• And after roasting cumin, fennel seeds and black pepper cool down and grind them.
• Then check those raw mangoes after 5 min that it is softened or not.
• After softening off the flame, keep it aside.
• Then take a kadhai and put pieces of jaggery and 500ml water and cook until soft and comes into water texture.
• Then put the soften mango into a mixer and put mint leaves.
• Then add spices which roasted and then add salt, black salt and elaichi powder.
• Now grind them into the puree.
• Then put the mango puree into chasni of jaggery and then stir.
• Stir well until boil. Don't boil too much as it will become curry type.
• You can also put it into a mixer after cools down.
• Stir well and see the consistency.
• Then switch off the gas and cools down.
• Blend it with the blender.
And you can serve chilled in a glass and garnish it with ice cubes with fresh mint leaves.

Serving Method:
Take a glass. Fill half with aam panna, put some mint leave, ice cube and pour water in the glass. Stir it well and your drink is ready.
