Описание: I'm sharing my tips for packing & preparing (mentally and literally!) for book events you'll be attending as an author. This covers both book festivals and fan conventions. I will do a whole separate video digging into actually being on a panel. This is about everything leading up to it--right up to the minute before!

A lot of this will apply to anyone with anxiety or who is introverted--it can be especially difficult to navigate events with anxiety/introversion and I have some very practical advice to offer!
