We've come to Loughborough to ask the general public, which kind of property marketing they prefer. Because, homes listed with video get four times the inquiries of homes listed without video. Meaning that 85% of buyers and sellers want to work with agents who use video. So do they prefer a slideshow and voice over which is the current style or property marketing? Or the second option, our own video tour with a presenter. The second one the video tour. And why was that? For me preferably, because I like seeing you walk through the house and then being able to put things in perspective. I thought the second one was the most welcoming yeah. You saw the person, there was a human aspect to it, a human element to it, as opposed to being cold. Definitely the second one. I probably would have switched off the first one after about 10 seconds, whereas the second one I'd, I would have stayed to watch it all, and then if I liked it, then followed it up with a viewing. I think the second one yes, because you have a guide, so its like you can feel what its going to be like if you walk into that house. I like how someone introduced it to me. The second one, the video tour, it gives you more homely, a homely idea of it. Like you can imagine yourself in there, if you're seeing someone else in there. So its pretty good, better than just having pictures and stuff. The second one, more than the first one. The guy would go like, okay this would lead you to that and this would lead you to that. But instead for the first one, we didn't have a picture of how the rooms are linked to one another, so its just like to go from one picture to another and someone talking. So there we have it, the results show that people prefer the online video tour with the presenter.
