A creamy and delicious macaroni salad is always welcome at any of those occasions. The best part, it's served cold, so I usually make it ahead of time.I always serve it as a side for a weeknight dinner..
You will need:
1-1/2 cups macaroni
2 cups creamy mayonnaise
1 skinless chicken breast,cooked and cubed
3/4 cup smoke ham, chopped
1 cup finely diced carrot
1 sm chopped white onion
1/3 cup chopped sweet pickle relish
1-1/2 cups pineapple tidbits
Salt and Pepper to taste
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup thickened cream/all purpose cream
