She has not enough moxie to regain her Ult, so we have to use S1/S2 unless there are some form of moxie gain or max moxie reduced so that Hiss! can generate Ult by personally generating 4 moxies

*1 Round faster compared to "First Melody", and Hissabeth start spamming Ult by round 3 which is the same as P0.


No Clip for P2 Dmg, the rotation is the same as P1.

No need to cast any incantation as Hissabeth will get 1 additional moxie for P2 compared to lower portray.

P1 First Melody - 5 AP + 40 Vertin Moxie to be set up by Round 4 (1.25 AP/Round)
P1 Unfinished Tune - 4 AP to set up by Round 3 (1.33 AP/round)
P2 Similar to P1, but Hissabeth only needs 1 AP to sustain the rotation.
