Recipe for పొంగనాలు 💜
Step 1: Combine 2 cups Dosa Batter with 1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped onions and 2 to 3 green chillies, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of baking soda. (Optional: Add carrot, jeera and curry leaves.). In video, we didnt add these optional ingredients
Step 2: Add 50 - 100ml water to achieve a thin, watery consistency.
Step 3: Pour the batter into an oiled Ponganalu pan and cook on a medium flame.
Serve hot with Palli or Coconut Chutney 💜
