I stayed at the Salles Málaga Centro in April 2023, two of us stayed here for 6 nights as a part of a Jet2CityBreaks package holiday. I cannot tell you the hotel price alone, but I know that the price of the package worked out much cheaper than booking the flights and hotel separately. The total cost of the package holiday was £1,272. This included two return flights from Leeds to Málaga, 23kg hold luggage each, 10kg hand luggage, booked seats on the aircraft and 6 nights bed and breakfast accomodation at this hotel. Note that hotel transfers were not included, but this hotel is very easy to reach using the Cercanias train from Malaga Airport to Malaga Centro and then taking a 7-10 minute walk up the side of the Guadalhorce river bed.

The hotel is siutated a 3-4 minute walk from Malaga Old Town, which is straight across the Guadalhorce river, basically go out of the hotel front door and turn left, cross the bridge, then cross the road and you are in the old town. I was very happy with the location.

The building is in good condition, with a smart reception and lobby area. The hotel staff were friendly and gave good service, speaking decent English. There are three lifts / elevators, one is huge almost airport style, the one next to it is half the size, then there is a glass elevator to the roof top, which gives nice views over the city street below.

Our room was very decent, it wasn't huge but it was clean and tidy, with a distinct 80s theme in the decor. We had twin beds, there was a large wardrobe, safe, desk, TV, balcony, fridge basically everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious with a huge walk-in shower, it was all very decent and more than adequate for our stay.

Breakfast was a buffet, it had both hot and cold options, it didn't vary very much, but I still enjoyed it each day. We didn't eat in the restaurant or use the inside hotel bar, but we did eat at the rooftop bar and also had drinks there, it wasn't cheap, but it was decent quality and enjoyable.

The roof had a small swimming pool with sunbeds placed around it, there were also other places that you could sit or lay in the sun.

This film features views of the hotel exterior, reception, lobby, lifts, a detailed review of room 425, breakfast room, breakfast buffet, bar, rooftop bar, sunbathing area, swimming pool and views over Malaga from the hotel roof. I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would certainly stay here again in future.
