In this special interview, Aparna Shukla, Cultural Coordinator of the Ireland India Council, sits down with two truly inspiring women: Carmel Wynne and Aileen Wynne. Together, they explore incredible journeys across coaching, technology, leadership, and community engagement.

Meet Our Speakers:
Host: Aparna Shukla Aparna is the Cultural Coordinator of the Ireland India Council and our wonderful host for today's event, guiding this insightful conversation on growth, leadership, and community.
Carmel Wynne is a professionally trained, non-directive coach who has been in practice since 2002. With almost 25 years of one-to-one coaching experience, she knows that trust is the foundation of success. She is also an expert in relationship dynamics and the author of the recently published book, Get Real! The Courage to Be Wrong and the Power to Change. Drawing from decades of experience helping real couples through real problems, she cuts through the fluff to tackle what really happens when partners drift apart.
Aileen Wynne Aileen is a Mainframe Systems Programmer by day, Genealogist/Family Historian by night, and an IT veteran with almost 30 years of experience. She is a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society, Chair of Women in IT, and co-Chair of the Network stream of the GSE UK Conference. As an international speaker and a recognised IBM Champion since 2024, Aileen exemplifies leadership in the tech world while staying deeply connected to her roots as a genealogist.
