Описание: past CASTEL DU VERGIO-PETRA PIANA
Started around 07:00 this morning. Nice hiking today with some climbing of course. But also with a nice open stretch, passing Lac Nino to refuge Manganu. Because of some difficulties with proper camp trees for us, we had to continue past Manganu and further. It became a very exhausting and long day, there we had to continue to the next refuge "refuge Petra piana". Arrived at 21:00 totally knackered. Had a beer a bite of ravioli en a shower before turning in for the night.

PETRA PIANA-LA ONDA
Not really early today. Around 08:30 we started walking off to the next place. It took us 5 hours to get to "refuge la Onda". Were we decided to linger on the spot, for the rest of the day.
Did some snoozing and had a nice pizza at the refuge. end day...

LA ONDA-BERGERIE D'ALZETA
Start hike 06:30. This day is the day we were passing Vizzavona. Officially halfway point GR20. We did our very expensive groceries and hiked on. After 12 hours of hiking we found our spot for that night at an abandoned Bergerie D'Alzeta. Were we had the perfect spot :-)

BERGERIE D'ALZETA-COL DE VERDE
After a good night of sleep, some breakfast and coffee we started this magnificent day. A different day with more forest and less steepness. Lots of clean and fresh streams were we could hydrate. A nice 9 hour day witch we ended with a nice meal and a couple of beers at "Col de Verde".
