Building a 2-story log cabin in the snowy mountains using bushcraft skills, primitive tools, and natural materials. A unique elevated survival shelter designed to stay warm and safe during winter in the wilderness.
In this winter bushcraft adventure, I travel deep into a snowy mountain forest with my two loyal dogs to build a raised survival cabin from scratch. Using fallen trees and simple hand tools, I construct a sturdy log structure elevated above the ground to protect against deep snow and wildlife.

The shelter includes a ground-level den for the dogs and a second-level sleeping cabin with a wooden ladder for access. Moss insulation and a weatherproof tarp help seal the cabin against freezing temperatures, while a small DIY stove provides warmth during heavy snowfall.
