Political fixer and North West businessman, Brown Mogotsi, is set to appear before the Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations raised by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, on Tuesday. That's after he refused to appear before the committee about four weeks ago, when his demand for his own personal security to be paid for by Parliament was refused. He has, however, made an about-turn to voluntarily appear in person, and he will be designated state security while he is in Cape Town.
