[Trainz Race -*FINE TUNED*] Streamlined PRR 6110 vs N&W 610 Class J

N&W Class J was tested on PRR network a few months between 1944-1945 before the management of PRR decides which type of engine would become the next prime power for passenger service. This is the 2nd round based on a historical event.
But every time when a T1 made by Auran was involved in a race, the acceleration rate of it was tremendous, which made us spect that the engine config file of it is an overpowering one. So we recreated another engine config file for it, mainly adjust the "total heating surface area" and " Boiler size" to see if there would be any changes.
The result is almost the same as the first test, but the T1 slowed down a bit for a few mph and unable to reach 120mph in this race. We didn't edit the config file of Class J; she managed to reach 100mph for a few seconds (petty close to the 1945 test record) and maintain speed at 90mph+ for a long enough time.
