This 60-min yoga class is focused on the WATER element. The water element is connected to the Svadhisthana ’Sacral/Life Energy’ Chakra. Use the practice to let go and cleanse the body and mind - you’ll feel refreshed thereafter.
Incorporating the Water element into your yoga sequence means being fluid and creative like water - a feeling we will want to embody throughout the practice. Water has no shape but in fact takes the shape of the things in its path - it always finds a way through the ebb and flow! Practice hip opening poses such as Malasana squat, Skandasana side lunge or Pigeon pose.
The class will allow you to work through you sense of creativity and playfulness. We will focusing on the interconnectedness of the inhale and exhale.
