The Pizza Party Bollore is one of the largest ovens I've tested. Unfortunately, I struggled to reach optimal Neapolitan cooking temperatures.

Note: I only tested the gas features in this video, since wood-fired ovens of this size can get as hot as you realistically want, and measuring temps isn't practical since it depends on how much fuel you add. This Bollore works great as wood-fired.
