Aquarell. Winter im Moor. Wie malt man das? Schwierig?
In diesem Übungsvideo zeige und erkläre ich sehr genau (Profis können ja gerne den Ton abschalten) einige der wichtigsten Schritte, wie man so eine Landschaft malen kann. Alles ist nachvollziehbar. Allerdings rate ich, dass man nicht nur „abmalt“, sondern sich (unter Anwendung der gezeigten Tipps) an eigenen Motiven versucht. Nur das ist auf Dauer sinnvoll und zielführend.
In meiner unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Hoch- und Niedermoore. Motive also in Hülle und Fülle. Gerne bin ich aber auch am nahen Chiemsee, wobei nicht nur der See an sich (die Salzkammergutseen sind ja ganz in meiner Nähe), sondern vor allem die Moorgebiete des Chiemgaues einen ganz besonderen Reiz auf mich ausüben.

Watercolor. Winter in the moor. How do you paint this? Difficult?
In this exercise video I show and explain in great detail (professionals are welcome to turn off the sound) some of the most important steps on how to paint such a landscape. Everything is understandable. However, I advise that you don't just “paint”, but try your hand at your own motifs (using the tips shown). This is the only way to make sense and achieve results in the long term.
There are many high and low moors in my immediate vicinity. Motifs in abundance. I am also happy to be at the nearby Chiemsee, whereby not only the lake itself (the Salzkammergut lakes are very close to me), but especially the moor areas of the Chiemgau have a very special charm on me.
