This is Cheese Steam Cake with slice cheese. It has rich cheese flavor.
This is simple recipe using hotcake mix. You can used fry pan to steam or using streamer. I just put the link below oh how to steam in fry pan.

1 egg ( 卵)
40 g Sugar
( 砂糖)
2 TSP oil (サラダ油 )
6 pcs Slice Cheese

Steam in low heat 10 ~12 mins (分)
