Justin Seymour hit the owner of the Volkswagen Golf over the head with a baseball bat and then rammed police cars in his bid to avoid arrest.

But alongside his accomplice Anthony Wallcroft - who made a failed attempt to run off from officers - he was promptly detained and they've now both received prison sentences.
