San Quentin Death Row Convict Bill Noguera Update

This show will focus solely on conversations between world renowned detective Ken Mains and a San Quentin Death Row inmate named William Noguera who have been working together to solve cold cases. Bill was arrested for the murder of his girlfriends mother in 1983 and has spend the past 39 years on Death Row.

They will be looking at cold cases together in order to provide some insight to these unsolved murders. Mains is a big believer in talking to murderers and serial offenders in order to find out more about how they operate. Why and how they commit these violent acts is paramount if you want to successfully investigate other unsolved murders. This, along with continued education on the subject matter will give you an upper hand on solving the unsolved.

Lastly, the inmate himself is doing this because he wants to. He is not asking for forgiveness or symphathy for his crimes. He is doing it because in his heart, he feels he can do some good in this lifetime. Maybe its redemption...Redemption from Death Row.
