1 Tbl sp Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 Medium size Onion Thin Slice (1 cup)
1 cup Patt Gobi Fine chopped (Cabbage)
1 Medium size Gajar fine chopped (Carrot)
1 Simla Mirch fine chopped (Capsicum)
1 Tsp oil
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania ki Dandi finely chopped (Green coriander leaves stem finely chopped)
2 Tbl sp Schewan Chutney or Red Chilli sauce
1 Tbl sp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1/2 Tsp Chini(Sugar)
2 cup Boiled Noodle
1 Tsp White Chilli Vinegar
2 Tbl sp Maida(Refind flour)
Serve with Schewan Chutney
