DIY restoration of a 3-ton TRANE split duct air conditioner. The evaporator coil was heavily contaminated, and the blower motor was producing abnormal noise. I dismantled the blower assembly, carried out deep cleaning of the evaporator and blower components, and refurbished the blower motor. After reassembly, the system was brought back to life, operating smoothly with proper airflow and normal performance. Everything is now functioning correctly
