■ 5 midium size aloo ko boil karke small piece me cut kar de
■Aur2 tea spoon dhaniya jira poweder,
1/2 tea spoon haldi,
2tea spoon lal mirchi tikhi wali
1 tea spoon kasmiri lal mirch

■1teaspoon kala namak,swadk hisab se sada namak dale
1 nimbu ka ras aur
4 table spoon pani dal k masal aur aloo mix kar le
■ Ek fry pan me 3 table spoon oil garam kare aur sab aloo masale k sath dal de mix kare thoda pani add kare
■ 4 table spoon jitna aur

■Cover kar k 5 mins rakh de
Baad me smokey flavor k liye ek charcoal le usey lal karke 1table spoon maska dal k aloo mein dal de uper se hari dhaniya patti se garnish kare.
♡ Aur garama garm serve kare smokey spicy aloo taiyaar hai.
