Some people whose primary goal is to build muscle feel that they are MAYBE leaving something on the table by not doing compounds exercises like the Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press...
But if you ask those who are using our training system and did compound exercises in the past, they will tell you that the BRIG20 are far more efficient than compound exercises and build muscle more efficiently.
What I suggest is this: if you're primary goal is muscle building and you recently joined one of our programs but still enjoys compound lifts, have a cheat session, do what you enjoy, but remember, it's not going to add more muscle gainz than what you can achieve using the BRIG20 exercises without the wear and tear, without the joints pain that compound lifts cause.
