Welcome to our latest land investment project; Missouri Project 205! Today's project episode is a big one as we are finally prepping the area for a new gravel driveway and gravel camper pad! We have been working on cleaning up this area for roughly a month now and when we started there were literally piles of trash stacked up that we deposited into several dumpsters, there was loose trash laying around that we had to hand pick over and over again just to get to the natural dirt and ground, and there were plenty of rocks laying around as well as dirt holes, divets, rain washouts and more. So after working this new project land site for weeks today we finally get to really make some serious progress and headway! Today Sharon and I are taking a day trip over to our Kapper Outdoors Missouri Project 205 property and we will do the final hunting land site cleanup and begin the dirt grading and dirt preparation for the new gravel driveway and new gravel camper pad. So the first step will be to run the KIOTI NS6010 and the ABI attachments TR3 tractor rake to start piling all of the trash and rocks, bricks, stones and tree roots for removal and to start filling in the deep potholes as well to prep this site for fresh gravel! It is such a good feeling when you finally get a very rough and rugged site ready for fresh gravel and begin laying that new gravel driveway or gravel pad!
