3 sticks salted butter
2 and a half c of sugar
2 tbsp crisco shortening
1/2 pkg 3.4 oz box instant jello pudding
2 tsp vanilla ext
5 lrg eggs
2 3/4 c cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c buttermilk
3/4 c puree' frozen ( room temp) peaches
3/4 crushed undrained can of pineapples
Bake 350 between 50 to 60 min or until cake is skewer or toothpick clear

Icing
1 1/2 c powder sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp peach juice
1/4 tsp vanilla ext
