👇 Ingredients I use in the video:

Main dish:
• Olive oil
• Carrot
• Onion
• Garlic — 2 cloves
• Mushrooms — 300 g
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Dried garlic
• Paprika
• Whole grain mustard — 1 tbsp
• Green onion

Sauce:
• Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
• Chili sauce
• Garlic — 1 clove

🍽 Sauté carrot, onion, and garlic in olive oil, then add the mushrooms and cook until juicy and tender. Season with salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika, and whole grain mustard, and cook until everything is rich and flavorful. Finish with fresh green onion. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, and garlic until smooth — simple ingredients, but so delicious that you’ll want to make it again and again!
