Cryspi and crunchy Peanut Chikki, Moongfali ki chikki, sing Chikki, Peanut Jaggery chikki

Ingrediens:
Peanut - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Step by step procedure:
Preparartion time - 10 Minutes
1. Take 1 cup peanut and roughly crushed.
2. Take 2 tbsp gee in kadhai and add jaggery in it.
3. Cook jaggery on low flame and let it melt.
4. As jaggery melts, check the jaggery. take cold water in a bowl and pour some drop of jaggery in it.
5. let it cool for 1 minute.
6. If it is stretching, cook jaggery for 2 to 3 minutes again.
7. Again check by adding some drop of jaggery in cold water.
8. If it is breaking, Jaggery base is ready.
9. At this stage, add roasted peanut in it and mix properly.
10. Turn off the flame.
11. Grease the chopping board with ghee and spread chikki mixture on it with spatula.
12. Spread it with rolling pin.
13. As chikki cools down slightly, mark the cut.
14. Let it set for 1 hour.
15. As chikki sets well, Seperate from chopping board.
