For the majority of hobby MTB riders, it is just fine to charge the IFP chamber of your old Fox Float shocks with air. Needless to say, pure nitrogen should be used unless it is practically feasible for you to get your shock charged with nitrogen in a way or another. This video is only intended to demonstrate how to charge the IFP chamber with nitrogen at home and to be an inspiration for any enthusiastic home mechanic.
