Words have also been my first love.
The first ways I found myself and my voice. I wrote this short personal essay on New Year’s Day because my fingers were begging to speak. To call on the girl that made friends with words.
Choosing to record this voiceover was a different experience internally because I kept questioning what the point was and if it fit into the “brand” I’m trying to build.
Who the hell cares?
I enjoyed saying my words out loud so here’s a rendition of my essay/poem “Being An Adult On The Playground Of Life”.
My hope is that it reminds you to chase the things your inner child love the most, remember them and be them again.
