Ara-Kara, City of Echoes is a new The War Within dungeon for season 1 of the expasion. Overall the dungeon is probably by far the easiest in the dungeon set, with the first boss probably being the hardest.
In general don't forget to use your Death's Advance to keep good uptime on the last boss.
With the Xalatath bargains, there werent too many unfortunate situations in this dungeon compared to something like the last boss of Siege of Boralus
All in all, Frost Death Knight is pretty good in this dungeon, I also think Unholy DK could potentially see some play as well
