I stayed at the Nobu Los Cabos for several nights and had an amazing time. Easily 5 stars. The property was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was amazing. The only negative is the location....you can't get in to the ocean hear in Los Cabos, but that's ok because the pools and poolside service were excellent.
