Alex:Uh...Well I go this car about a year ago,and I don't need it anymore. So we're moving to Colorado and it's really not a practical vehicle for Colorado so I just want to get rid of it,and I found Dennis to be a very pleasant guy to work with.

Dennis: OK Great! So what do we have here? What's the year,make and model?

Alex:Oh! this is a 2004 BMW 325 CI

Dennis: OK great! And so what happened? Why did you or what prompted you selling the car?

Alex: Uh, we're going to be moving to Colorado in a few months,and it's really not a practical car for Colorado, and i just want to get rid of it.

Dennis: You mean it's not that good in the snow?

Alex: Not good in the snow, yea....it's light and uh we have a car that we lease already and uh I just want to get rid of it, i don't want to bring 2 cars to Colorado so...

Dennis: Right that makes sense..and so tell us why you decided to sell your car to a dealer as opposed to selling it privately?

Alex:Well I guess,one of the main reasons is that i don't want to deal with any kind of liability problems. I know that by selling to Dennis uh...everything is going to be taken care of. In terms of paperwork & the DMV and all the legal aspects will be taken care of...

Dennis: right

Alex:So that's the main reason why

Dennis:Yes Exactly...good idea! and so tell us how did you find Dennis at Dennis buys cars?

Alex: Um...gosh you know well, the thing about this car is that the registration is expired. And so I actually did a search for you know a place that would buy my car even though my registration was expired, and Dennis came up and I read some Yelp reviews and everyone said it was great!

Dennis: OK! Awesome and do you remember what it was exactly that you typed in when you did the search?

Alex: Selling my car registration expired.

Dennis:Perfect!
