The questions today are all about how to stop food addictions and emotional eating. I totally understand this. I have had to work through this myself. So I appreciate your questions, your transparency.

1. I would love to learn how you use food for fuel, health, and nourishment, and not for comfort when I'm stressed.

When our beliefs are not in agreement with what God's word says we are, then we're always going to be battling food, we're going to go to food for comfort, we're going to go to food because our feelings were hurt.

2. How can I stop eating when I'm not hungry?

Now, if you need this in a more professional style, I suggest going to Amazon and picking it up there and it's already printed, it's already ready to go.

Here's what you need to understand. So we need to learn to recognize hunger and recognize satiety. I recommend that people for you know, a day or two eat half a serving of the regular meals so that we can start to recognize Wow, am I hungry? Or am I satisfied?

So use the hunger satisfied journal that I've given you in the seven steps. I've given it to you in the 40 day transformation. You can buy it on Amazon, it's everywhere. Because this is your tool for life. This is a tool that you can use in every area of your life to be set free.

3. How do you reverse our emotional ties with food?

4. What scripture is your go to when you're having a stressful day and you want to eat sugar?

Let me just start with one verse that is really easy for you to memorize as well. It's Psalm 34:8. It says, “Taste and see that the Lord is good, how blessed is the man who trusts in Him.”

The words taste and see means to discover and experience to experience God. You've got to be in God. You've got to be in His Word. You've got to be talking to him. You've got to be in constant communication with him.

5. How do I not fall into temptation? is sugar free jelly, okay, on rice cakes?

It's the same answer is what I just gave. It's by studying God's word, knowing God's word, and memorizing God's word. Because the more we learn, speak and know God's word, the less we will have time for what the world is trying to fill our mind with.
