Per State Statute 8-37bb, CHFA reports annually on the demographics of affordable housing developments and waiting list sizes to the Connecticut Legislature. This data demonstrates the effectiveness of state-financed affordable housing programs and the need for more affordable housing. CHFA collects this information through the Tenant Profile Submission (TPS) and the Waiting List Survey. The informational video below provides detailed instructions on how to complete the templates associated with the 2024 TPS and Waiting List Survey.
