The race of their lives continues as the Clipper Race crews embark on the all Australian adventure with three races, which includes the iconic Sydney-Hobart race, a boxing day spectacular that enthrals the nation. Olympic hockey gold medallist Hannah MacLeod joins the GREAT Britain crew for her first-ever sailing experience, and there’s drama as storms batter these novice crews as they reach the halfway point in this epic challenge to circumnavigate the globe.

This is the third season of the award-winning international sailing documentary series. The story unfolds across seven one-hour shows as the Clipper 2017-18 Race crew members experience the highs and lows of highly competitive ocean racing right from the start in Liverpool, UK.

Each episode creates a compelling viewing experience as more than 700 race crew in eleven identical 70-foot stripped down ocean racing yachts take on The Race of Their Lives and a full circumnavigation of the globe.
