Here’s a 1962 Harmony Rocket that I sold to a teenaged version of my customer/buddy. He came back recently and swapped it with me for other gear. My win! This critter’s cool to have back in the shop. It’s a mostly-original Rocket save for the neck pickup and parts of the wiring harness. The neck pickup is a more modern goldfoil mini-humbucker as the original single coil goldfoil was shot.
Does it sound killer? Yes! Is it its own thing? Yes! As I said, we win?
