There's a theory going around that Arrow Lake's new core layout is the reason behind poor performance in gaming, because it's apparently confusing Windows into scheduling CPU tasks on E-cores instead of P-cores. But what is a scheduler, and why does it matter for gaming? Can turning off E-cores fix this problem? And will Matthew finally get a haircut?
