It’s T MINUS ALOHA FRIDAY!! This is or was the workout I needed! I am so happy I got a quick workout in right before my dinner 😋
This class focuses on abs & a$$. Grab your dumbbells to get some arms in 😉
We will use two black springs (extra extra challenge) for the legs block. Feel free to use one white (level 1 friendly) or one black (more challenge).
Legs:

🥕 express lunge
🥕 giant side lunge
