Our children drink milk at home for health but sometimes there is adulteration in the milk. if we feel itching in our throat or bad taste or milk gives extraordinary foams it could be adulterated.
Sir please informs us how we can know that milk is adulterated by just looking at the milk?
Taste is our biggest Test. Our tongue is our Lab at home. You can boil thereafter cool the milk put on your tongue if you find dryness or when you take milk, inside your throat if you feel itching it could be adulterated.
What could be other symptoms by which we would know that milk should be checked for adulterant?
Visually you can check the milk by stirring it, If it is adulterated milk it will give extra foaming because of the detergent. If you boil the milk you found a heavy thick layer of extraordinary fat this could be because of adulteration of starch. it is can damage our kidney.
Take two test tubes put a small amount of milk in both. Now I will put starch in one test tube and then shake it and now see both the milk look same, now we will boil this milk in test tube and then we will cool it down thereafter we will put two drops of iodine solution in both and milk which adulterated with starch the colour will become blue and the milk which is not adulterated it will become light yellow.
Synthetic milk consists of urea, caustic soda, detergent, refined etc. Take pure milk in two test tubes and mix one with urea. Even after mixing It will look the same. We will put Dyle Mythyle Amino Benzile Regent of the same quantity of milk, if it is adulterated by urea it will turn a deep yellow colour and the milk which is not adulterated will be light yellow colour.

Milk suppliers may sell Stale milk. They mix sodium bicarbonate in the stale milk, which is not good for our health. To Test take fresh milk in two test tube and in one test tube mix sodium bicarbonate by seeing both samples look the same neither the colour nor the viscosity of the milk is affected. Check to take 1 % rosolic acid put the same if the milk is adulterated the colour become pink and the milk which is not adulterated will have a light orange colour. This is our milk adulteration kit by which you can use it at your home with ease.
