An up-close look at the Panzer II Ausf L “Luchs” (Lynx), the final version of the Panzer II built as a fast reconnaissance vehicle rather than a true tank. With a top speed of 60 km/h, thicker armour, and improved suspension, it was designed for scouting ahead of German forces. Only 100 were built out of 800 planned, and it served with just two companies during WW2.
